DT-500 Precision 1/4 Ton Deep Throat Arbor Press

The DT-500 precision deep throat manual press is ideal for large parts production and long ram applications. There are five different varieties of the DT-500 model: 

DT-500 1/4 Ton Precision Deep Throat Press - Base Model

The DT-500 quarter-ton precision deep throat press base model arbor press contains the same 5/8" diameter precision ram as the ILP-500. It provides the operator with a 6" throat clearance and comes with a ground cast iron base and separate column. Two 1/4" mounting holes are on the base and can be tapped for 5/16" screws upon request. A riser block situated between the column flange and ground base can increase the clearance under the column. Simplified tooling designs are made possible by a 5/8" diameter hole aligned to the ram.

The unit is easily customizable for a variety of utilization and purposes.

DT-500-AH 1/4 Ton Adjustable Handle Deep Throat Level Press

Unlike the standard DT-500, the adjustable handle model can be removed and adjusted at 30-degree increments to improve accuracy and reduce production time. The handle can also be switched to the left-hand side of the press. This unit is ideally suited for precision assembly work, punching, shearing, and shaping.

DT-500-AH-SS 1/4 Ton Adjustable Handle Deep Throat Lever Press - Stainless Steel

Choose the DT-500-AH stainless steel model for added material strength and corrosion resistance. 

DT-500-FS 1/4 Ton Full Stroke Lever Press

The DT-500-FS requires a full stroke to be completed before the stroke returns. The down stop and upstroke limiter need to engage the drive bar before the stroke lifts, making the unit suited for work where a full stroke is critical.

DT-500-AH-FS 1/4 Ton Adjustable Handle Full Stroke Press

This model of the DT-500 incorporates both the adjustable handle feature with the full-stroke mechanism control.
