Adjustable Down Stop-Anti Rotate Mechanism

The Adjustable Down Stop-Anti Rotate Mechanism makes use of a double-ended cylinder and tooling to provide an adjustable end stop to the cylinder travel. In addition, the cylinder rod is prevented from rotating. Shown with guard removed for clarity.

Air/Oil

Air/Oil Systems can reduce break through serge as well as provide the smoothness and rigidity of a hydraulic system without the inherent high costs and space consuming components needed to operate the press. (Add suffix A/O to the end of the model # when ordering.)

The Tool Adapter

The Tool Adapter is designed for easy assembly and disassembly of JT & M's mini die sets. The tool adapter threads into the ram of the cylinder with either a 1/2-13 thread for 1 3/4" and the 3" bore or a 3/4-10 thread for the 4 1/2" bore and multi-stage cylinder. Choice of lengths include 1 1/2", 2 1/2", 3 1/2" or 4 1/2". This accessory is identified by TAl/2 - length for 1/2-13 thread or TA3/4 - length for 3/4-10 thread.

Example:

TA1/2 - 4 1/2" (1/2 - 13 thread by 4 1/2" lg.)
